Annual Meetings of the LSA Membership
Lutheran Services in America, Incorporated (LSA) is directed in Article III, Section A of its Bylaws to hold an Annual Meeting of the members in the first half of the calendar year at such time and place and date as the LSA Board of Directors may select.
At the Annual Meeting, Class A directors of the Board are elected, the budget is approved and other business properly to come before the members is transacted. Notice of the date, time, place and agenda of each Annual Meeting is provided to the membership not less than 30 days before prior to the Meeting.
2010 Annual Meeting of the Membership
On Wednesday, April 28, 2010, the Membership of Lutheran Services in America (LSA) held their 2010 Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento, California. The Meeting was a part of the 2010 LSA Annual Conference, Abundant Life Together, and was held on the final morning of the Conference. The session began with a plated breakfast at 8:00 am.
