The Lutheran Services in America CEO Academy is a unique executive retreat designed to connect and engage the country’s top nonprofit leaders. This highly interactive, three day event brings together over 50 chief executives from Lutheran social ministry organizations to challenge assumptions, inspire solutions and deepen connections.
The CEO Academy will be held January 28-31, 2018 at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa in Safety Harbor, Florida.
This year’s program will focus on the increasingly complex environment in which nonprofit organizations operate. Attendees will explore how to build better, more dynamic organizations that align mission, money and core competencies in an age of constant disruption. Throughout the program thought leaders and experts will focus on how organizations can build value, invest in innovation and maintain mission focus.
Sessions include facilitated problem solving activities, team building exercises and interactive panel discussions with engaging Q&A and interview-style presentations.
