Services for Boards of Directors
- Board Development - a wide range of training opportunities to assist boards of directors in understanding their role and responsibilities, including board self-assessment.
- Board Member Recruitment - strategies to assist boards of directors in identifying and recruiting high quality and committed board members.
- CEO Evaluation - training in methods of conducting an appropriate, regular evaluation of the chief executive officer.
- Exploration of Lutheran Faith-based Identity - training for boards of directors concerning our theological heritage and its applicability to social ministry.
- Executive Transition Services - guidance in organizing and conducting a wholesome executive transition process following the resignation or retirement of the chief executive officer.
Services for Executive Leaders
- Individual Consultation - supportive guidance is available regarding planning, connection to church bodies, integration into the LSA system, and related vocational issues.
- Strategic Planning - consultation and process facilitation to assist with the development of an effective strategic plan.
- Collaboration Facilitation - process facilitation in exploring cooperative partner relationships with other organizations.
- Merger Study and Facilitation - assistance in exploring the feasibility and implications of merger.
- Continuing Education Opportunities - LSA Annual Conference, LSA Executive Retreat, LSA CEO Academy, Faith-Based Leadership Institute, and a variety of occasional workshops and seminars.
