Very truly, I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact,
will do greater works than these, because I am
going to the Father."
John 14:12

We stand in the footsteps of those who have acted on their convictions of generosity, inclusion, justice and mutual care. With every step that led to a service, program or opportunity, they shifted the landscape. So, today we are more than 300 Lutheran health and human service organizations working with congregations and other partners to serve our neighbors - providing dignity in the last stages of life, independence for those with special needs, a community of support, and tools for strengthening families, plus much more.

Through our past we have learned that it takes a whole network of good people and partners to shape a future of hope and grace. The 2012 Annual Conference, Called to Shape the Future, recognizes the history of our movement and explores how together we are shaping the next movement in our call to love and serve our neighbors.

Join us along with your board, staff, volunteers, and community partners to build this movement of hope and grace towards a society that values generosity, inclusion, justice and mutual care; and answer these and other burning questions together.

What are others doing that I can replicate?         How do I build strong relationships with congregations?

How do we reinvent our organization to thrive?              How can we generate new revenue streams?

What opportunities are out there, how can we capture them?    How do we live out our Lutheran identity?

How can I strengthen the work of my board and staff, including volunteers?

How can I become a self-advocate, getting more people engaged, creating a will for change?

Where can I and others in my organization come together with others of similar missions and visions?

What are some creative ways and resources to help us better deliver our organization's mission?

How do we develop a culture of adaptation and transformation to remain competitive in the future?

LSA and its members thank the following for their support of the 2012 Annual Conference. Their support makes it more affordable for LSA members to come together for learning, spiritual rejuvenation, and fellowship.
