Registration Fees
$439 Early Bird Registration by March 27
$409 Group and/or Exhibitor Registration Fee
$469 Regular Registration Fee
Group Registration
If you register four or more persons from one organization by March 27, you are eligible for a group rate of $409 per person. When registering a group online, pay by credit card after you have entered all information for all group members. For fax and mail-in registrations, each individual group member must have a completed registration form. Make photocopies of the original form as necessary. All group registrations must be submitted at the same time to qualify for the group discount.

Registration for the conference includes specified meals, refreshment breaks, the reception and special activities. Unregistered guests of conference members are welcome to attend for an additional charge as outlined on the registration form. Please wear name badges at all times for admission to conference activities.
