Lutheran Services in America (LSA) welcomes the nomination of prospective board members who are committed to our mission and vision and share our core values. If you are called to serve as a leader helping to guide the work of one of the nation’s largest health and human services networks through active service on the Board of Directors, we invite you to submit a nomination form.
There are three Class A seats on the Board that are open to Chief Executive Officers of LSA member organizations; terms begin July 1, 2016. Two of the available Class A seats are subject to reelection of current Board members. Terms are three years and members are eligible to be reappointed to a second three-year term.

The Board Governance Committee will review nominees, conduct interviews, and prepare its recommendations to the Board. LSA member CEOs will vote on Class A Director candidates at the Annual Meeting of the membership which will take place on April 27, 2016 during the LSA Annual Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
