Lutheran Services in America (LSA) welcomes Kim Roque to our network. Effective June 15, Kim serves as the new Director of Member Engagement, based at the LSA national headquarters office in Washington, D.C. In that role, she provided member services related to the management, granting and leadership activities of private and community foundations to improve their effectiveness and accountability, and also led the Family Philanthropy Conference Working Group. Previously, Kim held the position of director at MENTOR/National Mentoring Partnership, where she managed the development and launch of an evaluation system for mentoring programs and trained mentoring program staff. Previously, she served as Manager of Volunteers and Special Campaigns at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College and a Master of Public Administration with honors with a concentration in nonprofit management from George Mason University. Kim joins Alesia Frerichs and T.J. Cantwell on the LSA Member Engagement team. Please join us in welcoming Kim to Lutheran Services in America and the social ministry community!
