COPE Membership

COPE provides an excellent opportunity for program executives to share information and be resources to each other.  Sharing includes such topics as leadership development, best practices, current trends in public policy, systems and structures for funding services, quality improvement, new collaborations, peer coaching and organizational structure.

Membership is comprised of persons responsible for the operations of multiple program areas and is often the next level down from the CEO (although CEOs or Executive Directors of smaller agencies may benefit from participation and are welcome).  Membership examples include vice presidents, chief operating officers, regional directors, associate executive directors, etc.  Participation does not typically include the program director that has single program and location responsibility.
