Super Early bird rate through February 20, 2015: $449 (exclusively for LSA Members & Associate Members)
Early bird rate from February 21 through March 6, 2015: $499
Standard rate after March 6, 2015: $569
One-day rate: $199
Two-day rate: $398
Group rate: $449 (for groups of four or more)
Meals-only rate: $250
CHRM conference: $175 (Click here for more information)
Student rate: $200 (Discount code is required, please contact email@example.com)
Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
Continuing Education Credits: $45 per category - offered forNursing Home Administrator (17 credit hours) and Social Workers (16.5 credit hours)
Important: to receive credit for CEUs all outstanding balances must be paid in full by May 11, 2015.

Full registration fee includes attendance to all sessions (unless otherwise noted), networking events, and most meals. Registration does not include lodging.
Meals-only registration fee includes attendance for meals and networking events only.
Online registration will close on April 10, 2015. The deadline to secure your lodging reservations at the Hyatt Regency is March 27, 2015. If you have any questions or issues with your reservation please contact Shirley Kang at 703-626-1902.

All Conference registration cancellations need to be submitted in writing to email@example.com as per the deadlines listed below. Registrants must request cancellation with LSA via mail or email. All refunds will be processed by LSA after receiving written notice from attendee(s).
By March 20: Full refund
Between March 20 and April 3: Full refund less $80 processing fee
After April 3: No refunds for cancellations received after April 3.
