Laura Quinn PhotoLaura Quinn, Global Director, Organizational Leadership Solutions, Center for the Creative Leadership – In her 10+ years at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), Laura has provided expertise in the areas of client consultation, program design and facilitation, research and program management. She has worked with and managed multiple programs and major client initiatives, focusing on: strategy, culture transformation, leadership strategy, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, effective organizational and interpersonal communication, senior executives and senior executive teams, team development and organizational change. During her time at the Center, Laura has worked with numerous CCL clients including Xerox, Walmart, Graymont, Experian, Energizer, National Wildlife Federation, Wilhelmsen and the International Finance Corporation. Laura is also a certified CCL executive coach and has had an extensive repertoire of coaching clients from numerous organizations and industries.

Laura is the Center’s subject matter expert on leadership and corporate social responsibility and sustainability. She manages the Center’s research on this topic and is active in many networks and projects in this field. This work has had a global focus, with Laura conducting work and giving presentations in China, Europe, the Americas and South Africa. Laura came to CCL with extensive experience in the hi-tech industry. She was a financial analyst and materials manager for Hewlett Packard, and a sales account manager for Exabyte Corporation prior to pursuing her graduate degree.

Alice Cahill PhotoAlice Cahill, Senior Faculty/Portfolio Manager OL Solutions, Center for the Creative Leadership – As a senior faculty member and practice leader for organizational leadership, Alice applies her extensive facilitation and consulting experience to the design and delivery of leadership development programs that focus on both individual and organizational learning and performance. She provides custom designs and delivers programs that put leadership principles into practice. Alice also holds an Adjunct Faculty position in the Division of Engineering at the Penn State University School of Graduate Professional Studies where she teaches graduate level courses in leadership and problem-solving.

Prior to joining CCL®, Alice provided leadership training, facilitation, and organizational consultation services for clients within military, government, and non-profit settings. Specializing in strategic planning, leadership team development, work team dynamics, creativity, change management, and organizational culture, she has designed and facilitated learning programs and group meetings that encourage participation and generate energy and commitment to action. In her former role as the creator and Executive Director of the U.S. Navy's highly regarded Center for Organization Development and in her independent practice as an organizational development consultant, she routinely provided training as well as meeting design and facilitation services for work teams and for groups ranging in size from 12 to several hundred participants. Alice has successfully coached leaders and leadership teams at all levels, particularly within government, healthcare, and human service organizations. A retired U.S. Navy Captain, Alice has continued to provide leadership coaching to military leaders in senior roles within the military healthcare system and previously served as the Director of Leadership Education for the U.S. Navy Medical Department.

David Lose PhotoDavid Lose, President of The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. Before returning to his alma mater, Lose taught on the faculty of Luther Seminary (St. Paul, MN) for fourteen years. While there, he also served a term as Academic Dean, was the founding director of the Center for Biblical Preaching, led the creative team that developed WorkingPreacher.org, and directed two Lilly Endowment-funded grants on fostering congregational vibrancy. Author of Preaching at the Crossroads (2013) and the popular Making Sense series of books and resources from Augsburg Fortress, Lose has also written for the Huffington Post, Patheos, and The Christian Century. You can find his daily bible devotions and other writings and reflections on connecting faith to daily life at “…In the Meantime” (www.davidlose.net). A graduate of Franklin and Marshall College (B.A.), LTSP (M.Div., S.T.M.), and Princeton Theological Seminary (Ph.D.), Lose speaks throughout the US and abroad on preaching, leadership, Christian faith in a postmodern world, and biblical imagination. But his favorite thing to do is hang out with his family in Kennett Square, PA, where he can play tennis, root for the Eagles, or get wrapped up in a game of Settlers of Catan with his kids.
