Registration is open for the 2016 LSA Annual Conference! Below you will find information on key deadlines, rates, and resources for participants. We look forward to welcoming you in Minneapolis, Minnesota this April. Unless otherwise noted, all meals, sessions and events will take place at the Hilton Minneapolis.
Registration for the LSA Annual Conference can be completed electronically via www.regonline.com/2016AC before April 8, 2016. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions for how to best prepare for the Conference. If you prefer, you can submit your registration by completing the 2016 Annual Conference registration form and return via:

Early bird rate from February 6 through March 4, 2016: $509

Group rate: $459 (for groups of 4 or more)
Group registration requires a minimum of 4 registrants. Group registrants may complete registration and payments individually. In order to qualify for the group rate, at least 4 members of your organization must complete registration up to one month before the event start date. Group statuses will be reviewed 30 days prior to the event. At that time, if you do not meet the minimum registrant requirement, all parties will be converted to an individual status and requested to pay the standard, individual rate.

Activities Requiring Additional Registration Fees
Experience a Jeffersonian Dinner as a Guest - $40 Wed., April 27, 7:30-8:30 pm Space is limited to first 40 registrants How to RSVP: When you register for the conference, you’ll have the option to add this to your registration. Please note that due to limited space, you must be registered for the full conference in order to also participate in the dinner event. Please direct questions to email@example.com.
Twin Cities Highlight Tour - $25 Thurs., April 28, 1:30-4:30 pm Space is limited to the first 30 registrants. How to RSVP: When you register for the conference, you’ll have the option to add this to your registration. If you’d like to add it later, or if you’re not registered for the conference but would still like to participate in the tour, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deadlines & Key Dates
- Super early bird registration rate (applicable to Members/Associate Members) expires on February 5, 2016.
- Early bird registration rate expires on March 4, 2016.
- Online registration closes on April 8, 2016.
- We kindly request that all outstanding registration balances are paid in full by April 8, 2016. For those applying for CEU credits, any balances that result from onsite transactions will need to be paid in full by Friday, May 13, 2016 in order for CEU credits to be processed.
- The deadline to secure your lodging reservations at the Hilton Minneapolis is April 4, 2016. If you have any questions or issues with your reservation please contact Shirley Kang at 703-626-1902.
Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
Continuing education credits are offered for offered for Nursing Home Administrator and Social Workers and are complimentary. In order to receive credit for CEUs, any outstanding balances must be paid in full by May 13, 2016.
Any cancellations must be received in writing via email to Mary Koster, or via mail to 100 Maryland Avenue NE Suite 500, Washington, DC 20002, c/o Mary Koster. Please call 202-499-5836 with any questions. All refunds will be processed by LSA after receiving written notice from attendees.
By March 11: Full refund
Between March 11 and April 8: Full refund less $80 processing fee
After April 8: No refunds for cancellations received after April 8
