LSS of WI & Upper MI is seeking a Residential Trauma & Safety Supervisor to join the team at Homme Youth & Family Programs, a residential youth treatment facility for at risk youth who have a long history of trauma and delinquency.  The Residential Trauma & Safety Supervisor has day-to-day responsibilities for three or more residential units and works a second shift schedule. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervision of Crisis Intervention Specialists, ensuring a trauma informed milieu, debriefing incidents with residents and staff,  ensure the program meets licensing and/or contract requirements, and ensure organization best practice standards are met related to safety (active coaching of Mandt and CPI behavioral management techniques).  The Residential Trauma & Safety Supervisor will work closely with the clinical team in developing and implementing treatment plans, support plans, and safety plans designed to help move the client towards change and success.  The right candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and 2 years of experience in human services.  Master’s degree and eligibility for an LPC-IT, MFT-IT, or LCSW –IT Preferred.
