American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) into law, which is now Public Law 111-16. Many of LSA's public policy priority areas were affected, as noted in the February 16 edition of LSA Washington. Funding through ARRA is becoming available, mainly through states and cities. Funding is primarily available through local and state government with some funds available directly from the federal government. At the bottom of this page is a summary of the funding available. Please note that this website will be updated regularly, so please check back for the new funding announcements.
