You Can Make a Difference
Called to Love and Serve Our Neighbors
With over 300 member organizations, two Lutheran denominations and a national network of care, there are almost endless opportunities for volunteers.
LSA seeks people who want to be partners in supporting social ministry and social change, people who can help create relationships, work groups, think tanks, and innovation sessions with philanthropists, universities, corporations, and social entrepreneurs. We look for volunteers to help us leverage the Lutheran social ministry network to create better communities and more opportunities for all people. If you are interested in how your experience and interests can intersect with those of Lutheran social ministry at the national level, please e-mail Cynthia Osborne or call her at 410-230-3546.
You might also want to consider volunteering with one of our member organizations in your area. Volunteers have many opportunities to work with member organizations, from working with clients to offering management expertise or support behind the scenes. Similarly, our denominational members, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, have multiple volunteer options.
