Room Rates and Reservations

We have negotiated discounted rates for hotel rooms at the Capital Hilton, based on availability. The deadline to book with the negotiated rates is April 7, 2017:  

Single: $269 per person
Double: $269 per person
Triple: $294 per person
Quad: $319 per person

For phone reservations please use the following: 1-800-HILTONS – ask for the Lutheran Services in America or LSA room block.

Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability, three days before and three days after the official conference dates for sleeping rooms. Again, all rates are pending availability of the room block. Please help us meet our contractual obligation to the hotel by booking "within the block."

Capital Hilton Policies

Check-in: 4:00 pm; Check-out: 11:00 am
Guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available; guests can also check baggage with the bellstand.

A 100% early departure fee is equal to one night room and tax for guests that check out prior to the reserved checkout date. A 50% late check out fee is equal to 50% of one night's room and tax. Please advise the hotel at or prior to check-in if your length of stay has changed, in order to avoid fees.
